I have lived in central Ohio for 40 years, calling our family horse farm in Granville home for the past 25 of those years. As an Air Traffic Controller with 42 years of government service, I believe hard work in both my career and on our family horse farm, have been labors of love. Raising three children in Granville kept me very centered and involved in our community, helping coach youth sports teams, attending equestrian events and traveling with the school ski club. I am currently a Big Brother with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program in Newark. I sing in my church choir and cantor leading the church in song. I love to golf and will hit the links when the opportunity strikes, especially if there is a charity golfing event where I can contribute. I have a private pilot's license and enjoy any opportunity to soar among the clouds.

I have been a Mechanical Engineer for 20 years and a manager of successful teams for most of those years. I’ve had the opportunity to work on small scale and large-scale projects and love the constant learning and challenges that industrial projects offer. I have a loving and supportive wife who keeps me grounded and three beautiful girls who keep me on my toes. There is nothing I enjoy more than meeting up with old friends, telling stories, and watching some OSU football.

360 Storage has outgrown our first facility and taken on a partner to build a brand new facility owned and operated by DeWitt-Kerr Commercial Properties, LLC.

While Randy was looking to expand his self storage business, Neil was looking to enter in the space and their ideals aligned perfectly. The decision was made to partner under DeWitt-Kerr Commercial Properties and build a beautiful new facility that had the security, cleanliness, and features that people really wanted when they store their belongings.

We believe that people are looking for a more personal touch. We will personally work with you to get started on our website. Our new facility is located only 1 1/2 mile north of Waterworks Rd/Deo Drive on Rt. 13 Mt. Vernon Rd. We are conveniently located within a mile of many residential homes and apartments as well as several businesses. We have a rolling gate that is locked and customers have their own passcode to enter. We have extensive LED lighting on all sides of the buildings. We have Security Video Cameras in place to monitor activity on the property. All doors have flush latch and cylinder locks for security.

There are three sizes of indoor storage available , 10'x10', 10'x15', and 10'x20'. Outdoor storage spaces are available in 13'x25', 13'x30', and 13'x40' for Campers/RVs and Boats. I think the overall reason someone should rent from us is the personal touch and being available with a simple phone call.
